Validated is hiring a Founding Marketer Manager reporting directly to the CEO.

We believe that the best form of marketing is AI-assisted and data-driven with a human in-the-loop. This role is the glue between these layers, straddling marketing and product development.

The Role

Marketing (Manager)

• Interface directly with clients

• Define what the ideal campaign structure is for Validated clients

• Manage and hire a team of marketers to use tooling you help design to deliver a best-in-class ads experience

• Interface directly with engineering translating marketing processes into real products
• Conceptualize future product lines from scratch

Our Product Philosophy

All of our products to date have been built by offering the end-to-end experience from day 1, and then removing ourselves from the loop with automation and technology.

About you

• 7+ years of performance marketing experience within an agency or head of growth role
• Manage +$1M/month of ad spend across the following platforms:
  • Meta
  • TikTok
  • Google
• Comfortable analyzing data and deploying statistical methods to “read the tea leaves” of an ad account.

Nice to Have

• Managed and hired a team of marketers
• Served in client facing roles as senior POC
• Advertising for mobile apps, mobile app attribution (SKAN), and Apple ads
